From humble beginnings in Papua New Guinea, Thomas grew up learning from his family's construction company. At an early age, he had already began to learn the skills and techniques needed to be a skilled contractor. In the U.S., Thomas was able to graduate with an Associates Degree in Design Technology and he continues to expand his knowledge. He hopes to give back to every day people like himself through his work.

As a family business, Haitian-native Sara quickly realized that her husband Thomas had a unique set of skills. Although she has her Bachelor's in Nursing and was quite active as an OB nurse, Sara was able to use her resources & research to support her husband. Together they established Auri Construction and together utilize their strengths to provide quality services to clients.
